As of January 1. 2009, Isakson Barnhart has become two entities more focused on the individual lines of business that each supports, Retail and Senior Living.
For Retail:
Barnhart-Guess Properties, LLC has been formed to be the new Property Management Company for Retail Properties and new Retail Developments. Barnhart-Guess currently manages over one million square feet of mixed-use property.
For Senior Living:
